"Introduction to FHA Appraising" and "What Clients Would Like Their Appraisers to Know!"

The Vermont Chapter of the Appraisal Institute will present two, one day 7 hourseminars on February 25th and February 26th at the Sheraton Burlington Hotel and Conference Center. On the 25th there will be a seminar entitled Introduction to FHA Appraising: What Appraisers Need to Know About HUD Policies, Procedures, and 2008 Roster Eligibility. On the 26th the seminar is entitled What Clients Would Like Their Appraisers to Know! The courses have been approved at the state level and, because they are AI courses with an AI approved instructor, they will also count toward recertification for our designated members. The seminars will be held at the Sheraton Burlington Conference Center at 870 Williston Road in Burlington, VT. This is 14 hours toward recertification of you license which expires 05/31/2009!
The tuition is $100/day/course for members and $125/day/course for non members.

– If you attend both seminars the cost will be reduced to half price for the second day - $150/members and $225/non-members. The cost includes all materials, coffee breaks and lunch.
